Appointment Booking Fee
To confirm your appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $50 at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the terms below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, due to high demand and to accommodate other clients, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. You may contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: Unfortunately, your $50 booking fee will be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and date.
No-Shows
We understand that emergencies can arise, but failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice is disruptive to both our stylists and other clients. If you do not show up for your appointment:
- The $50 booking fee will be non-refundable.
- No-shows will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future appointments before booking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a reduced service time, and we may not be able to perform all requested services if it impacts our schedule. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
- More than 15 minutes late: We reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the $50 booking fee will be non-refundable.
Hair Loss Solutions & Toppers
For appointments involving hair toppers, non-surgical hair loss solutions, or customized services, a consultation fee may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking. If you choose to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure your booking fee remains valid.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on any deposits or booking fees. However, if you cancel with sufficient notice (more than 24 hours), the booking fee may be applied towards a future service or transferred to a friend or family member.
- In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
